This matter could have been resolved months ago, but CheapUndies has just prolonged this ordeal. An employee there answered my call & asked me to leave my name & phone number. On 6/13/22, I tried yet again to reach the retailer's customer service by phone in the hopes of working something out. ![]() I'm not buying such an excuse the retailer could have helped find a solution at that time & arranged for me to send the jeans back. When contacting the retailer back in Nov 2021 to resolve the matter, a staff member told me they couldn’t do anything to help me & added that legally they couldn’t take any action (supposedly) due to the fact the purchase was currently being disputed with Discover Card. This was completely unnecessary and is totally irrelevant to the complaint pertaining solely with the jeans I purchased. In addition, I'm very upset that the retailer disclosed the history of my purchases with the company to Discover Card. That has nothing to do with why I filed the dispute in the first place. The retailer tried to countering a dispute I filed with Discover Card last fall by portraying it as if I was questioning the validity of the charge. Furthermore, they won't respond to consumer complaints I filed with the State of Wisconsin or Commonwealth of Virginia. I tried on multiple occasions to work things out with the retailer, but without success. I don't understand why they don't fit me, as I own several pairs of 36-in Levi’s jeans w/out having any such issues. The pair I received were too small/tight. I bought a pair of Levi’s 505 Men’s 36 inch-waist Regular-Fit Jeans from them with my Discover Card for $***** in June 2021. Having been a loyal customer over a period of several years and spending thousands of dollars, I'm disgusted in the way I'm being treated by this retailer in an ongoing dispute over a purchase made last year.
